1) IELTS :
Description: Evaluate the level of international English. English test is a high quality which calls for admission to universities and higher education internationally. Also an essential part of the immigration process in several countries
Framework: The four Band Scores, one for each section are added together and averaged for an Overall Band Score. Each Band has a statement giving a summary of the English at that level. There are nine Band levels, from one (non- user) to nine (expert user).
The minimum score accepted for a course ranges from 5.0 to 7.5, depending upon courses and institutes you are applying to. The most common requirement is a band score of 6 to 6.5
IELTS assesses the four language skills (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) using the format of 'pen and paper. " The oral exam (Speaking) consists of a personal interview.
2) TOEFL :
Description: test measures your ability to communicate in English in colleges and universities, it is the most widely accepted English-language test in the world.
You can take the Internet-based Test (iBT) or the Paper-based Test (PBT), depending on which format is offered at your test center.
Framework:
• TOEFL iBT : To earn a score on the TOEFL test, you must do all of the following: answer at least 1 question in the Reading section answer at least 1 question in the Listening section write at least 1 essay in the Writing section finish at least 1 task in the Speaking section
You will receive a score on each section and a total score for the entire test. You will also receive feedback on your performance and a description of tasks that test takers can do within the score range for each level.
There is no passing or failing score; score requirements are established by individual institutions or agencies. TOEFL iBT scores are valid for 2 years after the test date.
• TOEFL PBT: To earn a score on the TOEFL PBT, you must do all of the following:
• Answer at least 1 question in Listening Comprehension
• Answer at least 1 question in Reading Comprehension
• Answer at least 1 question in Structure and Written Expression
You will receive a score on each section and a total score for the entire test. Each correct answer counts equally toward the score for that section. The total number of correct answers is called the "raw score."

3) FCE:
Description : Is an exam for people who can use everyday written and spoken English at an upper-intermediate level. It is an ideal exam for people who want to use English for work or study purposes.
Framework: has five papers:
Reading: 1 hour
You will need to be able to understand information in fiction and non-fiction books, journals, newspapers and magazines.
Writing: 1 hour 20 minutes
You will have to show you can produce two different pieces of writing such as a short story, a letter, an article, a report, a review or an essay.
Use of English: 45 minutes
Your use of English will be tested by tasks which show how well you control your grammar and vocabulary.
Listening: 40 minutes
You need to show you can understand the meaning of a range of spoken material, including news programmes, speeches, stories and anecdotes and public announcements.
Speaking: 14 minutes
You will take the Speaking test with another candidate or in a group of three, and you will be tested on your ability to take part in different types of interaction: with the examiner, with the other candidates and by yourself
Your results Each component of the exam carries 20% of the total marks.
here are three Pass grades, A, B and C — candidates reaching these grades are awarded a certificate. Candidates achieving grades D or E do not receive a certificate.
Opinion : In my humble opinion I believe the best is the TOEFL test because it is a test that measures ability to communicate over large areas besides providing an opportunity to do so based on the internet or on paper according to the needs of each person, besides that find a complete test and different from other tests is that this does not retest or not "pass", if not make the results which are valid for two years
